Role Overview
Looking for detail-oriented customer champions to join our remote team. You'll be the go-to for client coordination—ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly responses and cultivating stellar customer experiences.
What You'll Do
- Manage client interactions across email, chat, and phone
- Provide clear guidance on platform features, pricing, and onboarding steps
- Address concerns, troubleshoot issues, and escalate when needed
- Record feedback to help improve our service
- Build rapport to ensure client satisfaction and retention
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree (preferred but not essential)
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service or client relations
- Strong command of written and spoken English
- Excellent communicator, empathic, organized, and proactive
- Comfortable working independently from home
- Familiarity with CRM platforms is an advantage
