Overview

The Senior Sales Manager will lead the sales function for premium real estate projects, driving performance across the entire sales pipeline from initial inquiry to final booking. The role is responsible for achieving ambitious sales targets, optimizing site visit volumes, increasing revisit rates, and ensuring high conversion of visits to bookings through operational excellence and effective team management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to consistently achieve and exceed targets for high-value real estate projects.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, ensuring accountability for pipeline goals including site visits, revisits, and booking conversions.
  • Optimize the sales process by implementing efficient operational practices for managing leads, visit scheduling, client follow-ups, and CRM usage.
  • Analyze sales performance metrics, prepare data-driven reports, and present actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations to enhance lead generation, launch targeted campaigns, and improve customer experience throughout the pipeline.
  • Proactively drive project site visits through outreach campaigns, broker relationships, and digital sales tools.
  • Facilitate increased revisits and conversions by managing tailored follow-ups, hosting sales events, and leveraging customer relationship management systems.
  • Negotiate and close high-ticket transactions, maintaining strong relationships with premium clients to encourage repeat and referral business.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of market dynamics, competitor activity, and pricing strategies relevant to luxury real estate.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5-8+ years' experience in real estate sales, with strong exposure to high-ticket residential projects.
  • Proven track record in pipeline optimization, sales team leadership, and high-value deal closure.
  • Advanced proficiency in CRM systems and data-driven sales management.
  • Outstanding communication skills, strategic mindset, and ability to thrive in competitive environments.
  • Demonstrated expertise in increasing site visits, improving revisit rates, and driving bookings through process improvements.
