We're Hiring: Manager – Wider World Program
Location: Bangalore
Looking for a dynamic professional to lead and manage whole-school programs that build real-world exposure, empathy, and career readiness in students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Community Outreach: Plan and implement school-wide programs with NGOs and local government schools. Organize donation drives, fundraising events, and short-term initiatives.
- Internships: Coordinate and monitor student internships for senior school students, manage employer partnerships, and oversee evaluations and presentations.
- Field Trips & Guest Lectures: Plan educational field trips and curate guest sessions that enhance curriculum relevance.
- Build and manage partnerships with external organizations to support experiential learning.
- Ensure smooth program execution in collaboration with faculty and leadership teams.
Must-Have Skills & Experience:
- 6–8 years of relevant experience managing educational or development programs
- Excellent communication and coordination skills with multiple stakeholders
- Strong planning, multitasking, and data management abilities
- Experience organizing events and mentoring young learners
- Master's degree in Education, Sociology, Social Work, Psychology, Child Rights, or related fields
- Proficiency in English (spoken Kannada is a plus)
- Familiarity with Google Workspace
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹75, ₹85,000.00 per month
