Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Site Supervisor with 3+ years of experience in interior project execution. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to ensure timely and quality completion of projects in alignment with design and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

Site Supervision & Coordination

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day interior site activities and installation work.
  • Monitor progress, quality, and safety standards on site.
  • Supervise labor teams and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and design teams for seamless execution.

Technical Oversight

  • Read and interpret working drawings thoroughly.
  • Execute work as per approved drawings and specifications.
  • Conduct regular quality checks to maintain brand standards.
  • Plan schedules and coordinate daily with vendors for smooth project flow.
  • Experience in execution of fabrication, stone cladding, MEP, civil, and painting works.

Material & Logistics

  • Manage materials, tools, and on-site inventory efficiently.
  • Report shortages, delays, or issues to the procurement and management teams.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain daily site reports, material usage logs, and attendance records.
  • Submit regular progress updates to the Project Head and Management.

Candidate Profile

Qualification:

  • Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering or equivalent

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in site supervision or interior project execution

Key Qualities & Skills:

  • Should be able to read working drawings thoroughly.
  • Ability to manage the project with day-to-day vendor coordination and schedule planning.
  • Experienced in execution of fabrication, stone cladding, MEP, civil, and painting works.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
  • Strong team supervision, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with tools, site safety, and material handling.
