Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Interior Site Engineer to oversee and manage the execution of interior design projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior site engineering, with the ability to ensure high-quality work, adherence to timelines, and effective coordination with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management:
  • Oversee the execution of interior design projects from start to finish.
  • Coordinate with project managers, designers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays.
  • Quality Assurance:
  • Ensure that all interior work meets the highest standards of quality.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to verify the quality of materials and workmanship.
  • Implement corrective actions to address any deviations from project specifications.
  • Technical Oversight:
  • Review and interpret design drawings, plans, and specifications.
  • Provide technical guidance to site teams and subcontractors.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and project requirements.
  • Resource Management:
  • Manage the procurement and utilization of materials and resources.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of materials.
  • Optimize resource allocation to enhance project efficiency.
  • Client Communication:
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with clients regarding project progress and any changes.
  • Address client concerns and ensure their requirements are met.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit regular project reports to senior management.
  • Conduct site meetings to review progress and resolve any issues.
  • Assist in the preparation of project budgets and cost estimates.
  • Mentor and train junior site engineers and site supervisors.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in interior site engineering or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of interior design principles, construction methods, and materials.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
