Relationship Executives : fresh graduates or with 1 - 2 years of experience in any field can apply. will also have to do daily 1 - 2 hours of marketing. Salary+ plus incentives, yearly bonus, etc.
Responsibilities: Primary responsibility is to support the Branches assigned to cross their Quarterly Business Targets on a continuous basis. Their responsibility includes 1. Support the Branches assigned to achieve their Quarterly Business Targets ( In Gold Loan, NCD, Sub-debt, Royal Gold, Home Insurance, Health Insurance, Life Insurance) on a continuous basis 2.Ensure that the branches have achieved their New Customer Acquisition Target continuously for every month 3.  Work in close coordination with Branch Team in planning and implementing micro level sales promotional activities in the branch catchment area like doorstep canvassing – door to door or shop to shop canvassing, , umbrella/canopy activity,  campaigning during festivals, targeted marketing in specified locations like industrial area/cottage industry area/market  area/near petrol pump/near super markets etc, targeting special sections like MNREGS beneficiaries, Farmers, Agricultural  laborers, auto drivers, tailors, Small shop owners, road side vendors etc 4. Special initiatives focusing targeted customer groups such as MNREGP beneficiaries , Self Help Groups, Women Customers,  Agricultural Laborers, Farmers, Industrial Workers, Cottage Industry/SSI entrepreneurs , Road Side Vendors ,Small shop owners., etc should be initiated at the Branch level 5. Conduct minimum 20 sales promotion activities in a month at assigned branches 6. Ensure that the leads generated should be updated in the LMS by themselves and or with the support of Branch Staff concerned 7. Minimum 1000 leads should be generated in a month and out of this 200 leads should be in the "hot "category. Minimum of 100  Leads conversion should happen in a month from the leads  generated and out of this minimum 70% of the same should be in  Gold Loan Business 8. Ensure that a minimum of 20 Gold Loan Take over should happen per Sales Executive a month out of the total leads generated
