What You'll Do

  • Drive business opportunities with
    Aerospace MROs

, with a focus on
composite repair, component lifecycle management, and advanced material support

.
- Promote new materials and innovations

to Aerospace, Defence & Shipbuilding industries.
- Generate and manage leads with
MROs, Airlines, HAL, DRDO, MoD, Defence PSUs, Shipyards, and global OEMs

.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard
international partners

to meet India's strategic aerospace and defence requirements.
- Track and respond to
tenders, defence offsets, and large-scale project opportunities

.
- Lead
project sales, tendering, bidding, and customer engagement

across aerospace and maritime sectors.

Who We're Looking For

  • Technical background in
    Carbon Fibre Composite Manufacturing / Repair / MRO processes

.
- 4-6 years' experience

in business development, project sales, or engineering in
Aerospace / Defence / Composites

.
- Strong knowledge of
defence procurement, MRO operations, composite repair, and manufacturing technologies

.
- Familiar with
tendering, bidding, and defence offset processes

.
- Skilled in
project sales, global sourcing, and customer engagement

.
- Comfortable with
client visits, government interactions, and global supplier engagement

.
- Excellent
communication & relationship management skills

.
- English proficiency:

Native or
C1+ level

.

Location

New Delhi, with frequent travel
