Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Head, located in Indore.

Sales Head will oversee business planning, manage sales teams, and drive sales and marketing efforts to achieve company objectives.

Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies; managing relationships with channel partners, and ensuring sales targets are met. The role requires leadership in coordinating with different teams to enhance market presence and delivery of pharmaceutical products nationwide.

Qualifications

  1. Experience in Business Planning

  2. Sales Team Management skills and the ability to lead sales teams

  3. Proficiency in Channel Sales and Sales & Marketing strategies

  4. Strong leadership and communication skills

  5. Ability to work on-site in Indore

  6. Proven track record in sales management

  7. Expertise in handling mass market business; Gynaecolgy, Ortho and Pedia business is preferred

  8. Degree in Business Administration is preferred
