The Service Head will be responsible for overseeing the companys After-Sales Service operations, including Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), spare parts management, and service technician supervision. This role ensures customer satisfaction through timely service delivery, effective resource utilization, and strong coordination between customers, technicians, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Plan, manage, and execute AMC operations to ensure timely and efficient service support.
  2. Oversee spare parts inventory, procurement, and availability for seamless service operations.
  3. Lead, train, and monitor a team of Service Technicians to maintain high service standards.
  4. Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance activities are completed within defined timelines.
  5. Develop and implement service policies, SOPs, and quality standards for customer service excellence.
  6. Handle customer complaints and ensure quick resolution with minimal downtime.
  7. Maintain and review service performance metrics (response time, closure rate, customer satisfaction).
  8. Coordinate with sales and operations teams to improve customer retention and AMC renewals.
  9. Prepare and manage service budgets, cost control, and profitability analysis for AMC and spares.
  10. Prepare weekly and monthly reports on service performance and technician productivity.

Qualifications & Experience:

  1. Graduate / Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics preferred).
  2. 58 years of experience in Service Operations / After-Sales Support.
  3. Proven experience in managing AMC and spare parts operations.
  4. Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
  5. Proficiency in MS Excel / ERP / CRM software preferred.
