Profile - Head of Sales
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.
- Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team to deliver high performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HNIs, investors, brokers, and channel partners.
- Oversee end-to-end sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure.
- Set sales targets, monitor KPIs, and provide regular performance reports.
- Work closely with marketing, project, and finance teams for integrated go-to-market planning.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competition to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure excellent customer experience and post-sales relationship management.
- Represent the company at client meetings, events, and exhibitions.
Skills Required:
- 8-10 years of experience in real estate sales, including 3–5 years in a leadership role..
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of residential/commercial real estate markets and buyer behavior.
- Experience working with CRM tools.
- Strong network of brokers and agents is a must.
- Ability to make data-driven decisions and adapt strategies in a competitive environment.
- Familiar with modern property technologies like virtual tours, 3D floor plans, and online booking systems.
