Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead sales operations in Indore. The ideal candidate will have strong connections in the architecture and interior design community and a proven track record in selling premium marble, tiles, or other building materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and builders.
  • Attend to showroom visitors and assist clients with marble selection and product details.
  • Identify new business opportunities in residential and commercial projects.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through both B2B and B2C channels.
  • Manage inquiries, follow up on leads, and ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for order execution.
  • Represent MARQUBS at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of sales experience in marble, tiles, or high-end building materials.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Established network with architects and interior designers (preferred).
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of handling client relationships independently.
  • Must own a two-wheeler for client visits.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22, ₹40,000.00 per month
