Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Lead – Sales Operations and Contract Management at VoltX Power Ltd, based on-site in Pune. The role involves overseeing sales operations, managing customer contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The individual will be responsible for analysing sales data, optimizing operational processes, and maintaining effective communication with customers and internal stakeholders. Ensuring high levels of customer service and addressing any issues promptly is a key aspect of this role.

- Proven ability to manage and optimise sales operations
