The Sales Operations Lead will be responsible for overseeing the sales processes, managing the sales team, analysing sales data, improving sales strategies, and coordinating between different departments. Daily tasks include monitoring sales performance, training and guiding the sales team, ensuring customer satisfaction, and implementing sales operations initiatives to drive revenue growth.QualificationsExperience in Sales Operations, Management, and Team LeadershipStrong analytical skills, proficient in Sales Data Analysis, and ForecastingCompetency in CRM software and Sales Process ImprovementExcellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fieldExperience in the energy sector is a plusProven track record of successful sales operations management
