Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Lead – Sales (B2B) professional to head our sales function for Youthville Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving end-to-end sales operations, establishing strategic partnerships, and achieving business growth through strong B2B relationships and institutional collaborations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive occupancy and revenue growth.
- Identify and build partnerships with corporates, educational institutions, travel partners, and channel associates.
- Lead the B2B sales process including lead generation, negotiation, closure, and account management.
- Manage and mentor the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Develop market intelligence to identify trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for campaign alignment and service excellence.
- Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline management.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain long-term business relationships.
- Represent Youthville at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
Key Requirements:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in real estate, hospitality, or student housing sectors.
- Proven track record in end-to-end sales cycle management and achieving business targets.
- Strong business acumen with excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong corporate and institutional relationships.
- Team leadership experience with strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
