About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven
Sales Lead
to spearhead our
Business Development and Sales Department
. This is a strategic leadership position that involves direct engagement with stakeholders and clients to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the sales and business development team to achieve organizational targets.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for
    SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS-based products and services
    .
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Identify new business opportunities and create go-to-market plans.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to align solutions with client requirements.
  • Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and present insights to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in
    technical sales
    and business development, preferably in IT services or cloud solutions.
  • Strong understanding of
    SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS
    offerings.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle US-based clients.
  • Leadership experience with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics.

    US Shift (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST)

    Onsite from our Pune office
