Job Title: Sales Lead
Location: Pune
Job Overview:
Sales Lead to drive client acquisition, retention, and revenue growth across domestic and international markets. The candidate will manage high-value accounts, mentor the sales team, and ensure alignment between sales strategies and company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture high-value or complex client accounts.
- Develop and execute outreach strategies including cold calls, emails, and event networking.
- Coordination with proposal engineers for inputs and clarification required.
- Coordinate with existing internal team for timely response and delivery to the customer
- Oversee client meetings and proposal submissions.
- Track and improve client retention and satisfaction metrics.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and ensure timely delivery of sales inquiries and quotations.
- Achievements of assigned quarterly budgets
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Outreach efforts (calls, emails, events)
- Number of client meetings conducted
- Timely Proposals submitted
- Client retention rate after one year
- Client feedback scores
- New clients acquisition (domestic & international)
- Sales pipeline value by quarte
- Timely realization of Sales orders
- Budget achievement
- Manage and Lead team
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering, with degree in MBA (Optional)
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 2+ years in Heat Exchangers business
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team
- Experience with CRM tools and sales reporting systems
