Job Summary:

Drive strategic growth by identifying, pitching, and closing B2B opportunities for Sodexos Food & Beverage solutions across corporate and institutional clients. Focus on delivering tailored service packages that enhance client employee experience, operational efficiency, and sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate qualified leads through market research, networking, and outbound outreach
  • Develop customized F&B service proposals aligned with client needs
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, presentations, negotiations, and closure
  • Collaborate with operations and culinary teams to ensure solution feasibility
  • Maintain records and report on pipeline progress using Excel and other tools
  • Travel across regions for client meetings, site visits, and business development
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and Sodexo innovations

Qualifications:

  • 7 to 10 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in hospitality, facility management, or F&B services
  • Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and proposal support
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Willingness to travel frequently for client engagement and business expansion
