Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Learning Associate with hands-on expertise in operating, maintaining, and training on SMC Industrial Automation Training Systems (such as AIT-400 or equivalent models). The candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training on pneumatic, electro-pneumatic, and basic automation systems aligned with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct classroom and practical training sessions on SMC Pneumatic and Electro-Pneumatic systems.

Deliver concepts of industrial automation including actuators, valves, sensors, compressors, and control circuits.

Develop and implement lesson plans, lab manuals, and practical exercises.

Set up, calibrate, and troubleshoot SMC training kits and related automation setups.

Ensure preventive maintenance and safety compliance of all training equipment.

Monitor and assess trainee performance and provide constructive feedback.

Prepare technical reports, attendance sheets, and evaluation records.

Collaborate with the training management team for smooth program delivery.

Keep up to date with SMC technologies and automation advancements.

Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering.

Minimum 2 years of practical or training experience in SMC Pneumatic and Electro-Pneumatic systems.

Strong understanding of pneumatic and automation circuit design.

Working knowledge of PLC integration will be an added advantage.

Excellent communication, presentation, and technical documentation skills.

Ability to engage and train students or technicians effectively.
