Job Title: Associate Manager Learning and Development - Lead

The ideal candidate will possess a passion for developing talent and enhancing organizational performance through effective learning methodologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of innovative learning and development programs that align with the company's strategic goals.

  • Assess training needs and create tailored learning solutions using various methodologies to enhance employee skills and performance.

  • Manage and optimize the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure accessibility and engagement of learning resources across the organization.

  • Collaborate with department heads and stakeholders to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training initiatives.

  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and seminars to enhance communication and leadership skills among employees.

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.

  • Mentor and coach team members to support their professional development and growth within the organization.

  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development to continually enhance program offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years and a maximum of 8 years of experience in Learning and Development, Training, or a related field.

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.

  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and mentoring teams.

  • In-depth knowledge of learning methodologies and best practices in adult learning theory.

  • Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and experience in leveraging technology to deliver impactful training solutions.
