The Elearning Developer must have excellent communication skills and must enjoy working

with a wide variety of people team members, clients and vendors. The skills absolutely  necessary are:

1. Understand Instructional Design theories and methodologies and their application in the development of Elearning content

2. Develop and deliver engaging Elearning content that is

in-line with the outlined instructional theories and methodologies using appropriate iterative strategies

suitable to self-paced e-learning,

in alignment with the learning objectives identified and stated,

with adequate visualization of instructional graphics and user interface and effective supporting

material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games etc), exercises/ activities

with development of assessment instruments to measure learner performance

  1. Able to use the necessary authoring tools and other tools (image and video editing) for development

    of interactive Elearning content
  2. Write and Develop high quality learning content based on research from various sources. The

    Elearning developer must have the following capabilities for content writing:

    Have a deep understanding of the requirements and deliver content that meets the needs of learners

    Collect information and organize it to make it suitable for creating learning material

    Write content that serves as source content for elearning modules

    Proofread and edit content written by self and other team members

    Must be willing to research and learn subjects that vary from technical to behavioral sciences, and be

    able to reproduce them in simple language accurately

    Must be able to pick up the required skills to manage content on the PlayAblo Platform
  3. Collaborate with members of PlayAblos Content Team, Digital Marketing Team and the Tech Team to ensure smooth development of learning courses, upload Elearning content on the platform and

    optimize content for SEO

  4. Maintain project documentation and trackers

  5. Implementing ISMS control policies and other applicable policies and procedures for the process.

The Elearning developer must be a self-starter, proficient in English, develop learning materials using tools such as MS Powerpoint, MS Word, MS Excel and elearning authoring tools. She/He should be able to understand difficult concepts and explain them clearly. She/he must be a team player and be able to deliver within deadlines.
