  • This role combines project coordination for Zeta's flagship learning academy with support for broader Learning & OD initiatives across the organization. You will manage the planning, delivery, and tracking of the academy program, while also working with stakeholders to design, implement, and measure learning interventions for specific Organizational Units (OUs) and at the Zeta level. Success in this role will require strong organizational skills, stakeholder engagement, and a passion for creating impactful learner experiences.
  • Base Location: Bangalore, Domlur
Responsibilities
Program Planning & CoordinationCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define program structure, curriculum, and schedules.Coordinate with internal and external SMEs to facilitate training.Ensure all materials and preparations are in place before the academy launchAct as the primary liaison between trainers, mentors, facilitators, the People Corp team, and program managers. Maintain comprehensive program documentation.
Training Execution & LogisticsOversee the end-to-end execution of the 12-week training program, ensuring all sessions, assignments, and assessments are conducted as plannedManage learning platforms (LMS, classroom setup, self-learning modules, and project work) for smooth operationsCoordinate with trainers to ensure timely content deliveryServe as the single point of contact (SPOC) for trainees, addressing queries and concernsTrack participation, gather feedback from trainees and trainers (both internal & external)Regularly monitor and report key program metrics, including attendance, completion rates, assessment scores, and engagement levelsPublish progress dashboards for stakeholders
Learning & OD InitiativesAssist in conducting learning needs analysis (LNA) using data, performance insights, and stakeholder input.Support the design and rollout of learning journeys aligned to business needs.Coordinate with business stakeholders, People Partners, and the L&OD team to enable the successful execution of programs.Support communication, socialization, and learner engagement activities to enhance awareness and participation.Help track budgets, maintain spend records, and prepare reports for decision-making.   • Program & Project Management – Ability to drive structured planning and execution.

  • Strong Communication and Stakeholder Management – Excellent verbal and written skills for stakeholder coordination.
  • Problem-Solving – Ability to anticipate and address challenges effectively.
  • Data Analytics – Proficiency in tracking and interpreting key program metrics.
  • Stakeholder Management – Strong ability to coordinate across multiple teams.
  • Proficient in MS Office – Proficient in MS Office and program management tools
Experience and Qualifications
  • Masters in Human Resources or related areas preferred
  • Experience: 2+ years in Learning & Development and associated program management
