who can ensure smooth workflows, client-centric support, and operational excellence with empathy and precision.

Job Profile: What you will be doing?

  • Assist the Operations Manager in planning, organizing, and controlling operational activities.
  • Monitor day-to-day operations to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
  • Provide guidance and supervision to Data Entry Operators to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare operational reports for management review.
  • Perform data entry tasks when required and ensure timely updates of client records.
  • Utilize advanced Excel formulas for reporting, analysis, and process optimization.
  • Assist in developing and implementing operational policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Coordinate with other departments to resolve operational issues and enhance efficiency.
  • Support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Who We're Looking For:


• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.


• 2-4 years of experience in operations, logistics, or a related managerial role.


• Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.


• Proficiency in MS Excel (including advanced formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).


• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
