CTC: ₹3,00,000 per annum
Position Objective
We are seeking a professional and personable Receptionist to be the face of our real estate office. The ideal candidate will ensure a warm, efficient, and organized front office experience, while also supporting administrative and operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Visitor Management
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors professionally.
- Guide them to the right person/department.
Phone & Communication Handling
- Answer, screen, and route calls efficiently.
- Take and prioritize messages.
Administrative Support
- Assist with documentation, filing, and application processing.
- Manage office supplies and maintain necessary records.
- Coordinate with accounts for bill payments, society maintenance etc
- All Admin related work
Office Management
- Oversee housekeeping and pantry operations.
- Ensure a clean and client-ready reception and office space
Real Estate Knowledge
- Familiarity with property listings, sales, rental procedures, and documentation will be an added advantage.
Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Presentable, polite, and customer-focused personality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and AI skills are appreciated.
- Prior experience in a real estate sales office (minimum 3 years) is highly preferred.
