About the Clinic

A reputed multi-speciality clinic committed to providing excellent patient care and seamless service. We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional receptionist to manage our front desk and ensure smooth patient coordination.

Job Responsibilities

  • Greet patients and visitors professionally and courteously.
  • Manage appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and patient records.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries.
  • Coordinate with doctors, staff, and patients to ensure smooth operations.
  • Handle basic administrative tasks, including documentation and billing support.
  • Maintain the front desk area and ensure a welcoming environment.

Candidate Requirements

  • Freshers or candidates with 1–2 years experience in clinics, hospitals, or front office roles.
  • Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
  • Proficient with computers (MS Office, scheduling software).
  • Friendly, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Salary Structure (Based on Experience)

  • Fresher / 0–1 year experience: ₹15,000 – ₹17,000/month
  • 1–2 years experience: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000/month

Final salary will be confirmed based on experience and interview performance.

Work Hours

  • Morning Shift: 9:30 AM – 1:30 PM
  • Evening Shift: 4:30 PM – 8:30 PM
  • Working hours include split shifts
