Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and organized Office Executive/Assistant to manage daily administrative tasks, support the smooth functioning of office operations, and assist various departments as needed. The ideal candidate will be efficient, well-versed in office procedures, and have excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily administrative and other tasks to support showroom operations.
  • Manage office supplies, records, documentation, and filing systems (both physical and digital).
  • Coordinate internal meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Draft, format, and manage official correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Liaise with departments, vendors, and external stakeholders for smooth coordination.
  • Maintain a well-organized, professional, and clean office environment.
  • Provide basic assistance to HR, Accounts, and Operations teams as required.
  • Handle courier, housekeeping, and general vendor management.
  • Assist with front desk duties during peak hours or staff absence.
  • Support showroom coordination during VIP visits, audits, or special events.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
  • Provide support and assistance to ensure efficient operations within the organization
  • Highly organized and detail oriented with the ability to multi- task and prioritize tasks efficiently

Required Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience (510 years) in office administration or executive assistant roles.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Pleasant personality, polished appearance, and professional demeanor.
  • PREFERENCE WILL BE GIVEN TO THOSE HAVING EXPERIENCE IN SHOWROOM OF LUXURY BRAND OR FROM RETAIL INDUSTRY.
