Role Description
- Manage day-to-day office operations, vendor coordination, and inventory
- Organize meetings, travel, and team events with precision
- Maintain documentation, filing systems, and basic bookkeeping records
- Liaise with IT, facility, and external service providers to ensure uptime
- Support procurement and logistics for internal and project need
Qualifications
- Administrative Assistance and Office Administration skills
- Proficiency in managing Office Equipment
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with office software and tools
- Bachelor's degree or relevant certification is a plus
