Role Description
This is a full-time position for a Key Account Manager based in the North india,south india,maharastra. The role is hybrid, offering a combination of in-office and remote work. The Key Account Manager will manage key client accounts, build and maintain relationships, develop strategic business plans, support customer needs, and identify growth opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and drive business success.
Qualifications
- Strong Account Management and Key Accounts experience to handle client relationships effectively
- Analytical Skills to assess data, identify trends, and formulate strategies
- Proficiency in Business Planning to develop and execute growth strategies
- Customer Service skills to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to operate effectively in a hybrid work environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
- Experience or knowledge in the renewable energy sector is a strong advantage
