  • Client relationship management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients who are crucial to the company's revenue.
  • Strategic planning: Create and implement strategic account plans to grow business with existing clients and identify new opportunities.
  • Sales and growth: Meet or exceed sales targets by generating new business and expanding relationships with existing clients through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Client needs analysis: Gain a deep understanding of key clients' objectives, requirements, and pain points to propose effective exhibition solutions.
  • Internal coordination: Act as the main point of contact, communicating client needs and feedback to internal teams such as sales, creative, and operations.
  • Problem resolution: Address client issues, complaints, and concerns promptly and efficiently to maintain trust and satisfaction.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on account progress, forecasts, and key performance metrics to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Market monitoring: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential risks and opportunities.

Key qualifications

  • Experience: Proven success in a Key Account Manager, Sales Manager, or similar client-facing role.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with sales principles, CRM software, and exhibition industry products and services.
  • Abilities: Excellent multitasking, time management, and organizational skills to manage multiple accounts efficiently.
  • Mindset: Goal-oriented, team player, and motivated to encourage both clients and internal staff.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹50,000.00 per month
