Client Service Coordinator

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement account strategies.
Conduct regular account reviews to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
**Sales and Revenue Generation**:Achieve sales targets and objectives set for key accounts.
Develop and execute sales plans to meet revenue goals.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
**Product Knowledge**:Stay informed about the company's products or services and industry trends.
Provide clients with information on new products or enhancements.
**Data Analysis**:Utilize data and analytics to assess account performance and identify areas for improvement.
Prepare and present reports on key account metrics, sales, and forecasts.
**Customer Satisfaction**:Monitor customer satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly.
Ensure that clients receive a high level of service and support.
**Market Research**:Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Provide insights and recommendations based on market research.
