The RMA and IT Support Executive is responsible for managing the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process, ensuring efficient handling of product returns, replacements, and repairs. Additionally, the role encompasses providing technical support to internal teams, and follow up with support service center ,maintaining IT infrastructure, and ensuring seamless IT operations within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
RMA Management:
Coordinate and manage the entire RMA process, including product returns, replacements, and repairs.

Liaise with customers, vendors, and internal departments to process RMAs efficiently.

Maintain accurate records of returned products and track the status of each RMA case.

Analyze return trends to identify recurring issues and recommend corrective actions.

Ensure compliance with company policies and warranty terms during the RMA process.

IT Support:
Provide first-line technical support to internal users, addressing hardware, software, and network issues.

Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment.

Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in accordance with company policies.

Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security.

Document technical issues and solutions for future reference and knowledge sharing.

Assist in IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and deployments.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in RMA processes and IT support roles.

Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

Familiarity with IT service management tools and ticketing systems.

Strong understanding of network configurations and security protocols.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
