Major Areas of Responsibilities

1.Purchase order/ tracking.
- Monitoring of Order execution/MTO billing. All orders to be executed within one hour. Normal/Defective RMA within 10 days from the date of confirmation from ware house.

2. Payment Adjustment.
- Invoice matching and credit balance adjustment/Transfer of credit balance to CF account to be done within 2 days from the receipt of payment.

3. GST Reconciliation.
- To check whether Distributor has uploaded the GST invoice thereby same is reflected in BEL GSTR2 A. Also respond to the queries raised on GST with the coordination of Taxation team at HO.

4. Internal & External Audit Queries
- Addressing Audit queries of Internal and External auditors. Such queries must be responded within 48 hours.

5.Submission of MIS
- Submission of MIS like Buffer penetration Report (BPR)/MTO/Material Readiness/Available limit status for release order/Inventory Report/Order status on a daily basis to the concerned team.

6. TDS Specialist

Key Skills:

- Excellent Knowledge Of MS Excel Like (V-Lookup, H-Lookup, Pivot, Conditional Formatting, Pivot Table, Lookups, Conditional formatting, count IF, Sum IF Etc.)
- Knowledge of Creating Macros Will Be Given Extra Advantage
- Knowledge in Advance Excel with Formulas.
- Practical Knowledge in MIS & Data Analyst.
- Knowledge in Dashboards like power bi, tableau etc. (desirable)

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
