**POSITION: Migration Coordinator(Australia)**

**PURPOSE OF POSITION**:
Liaising with clients to obtain completed questionnaire and/or correct supporting documentation.
Application drafting and administrative support to designated RMA
**DUTIES OF POSITION**:
Under direct supervision of the Migration Manager:

- Adhere to RMA Code of Conduct regarding non provision of policy advice to a client
- Review client questionnaire and if complete, import data to Migration Manager (MM)
- Review questionnaire and if incomplete, return to client to rectify missing information
- Review supporting documentation and if incorrect and/or missing, advise client to resubmit
- Naming and/or renaming of documents as per applicable company guidelines

accordingly
- As directed by RMA, action request for further information (RFI) as per prescribed timeframe
- As directed by RMA and consultation with client, prepare supporting forms i.e. 956, 80, etc.
- Maintain high quality client file notes in Migration Manager and/or CRM
- Undertake legislative and/or other research needed for submissions
- Draft submissions including but not limited to**:GTE statements**
- EOI nomination
- health waiver
- character
- Schedule 3
- AAT review
- Other related tasks as directed Migration Manage

**Key Performance Indicators**:

- High quality file maintenance including file notes, documentation, and sequence of events
- Respond to questionnaire/documentation enquiries within three (3) working days
- Refer more complex enquiries to MM/RMA within one (1) working day
- As directed, respond to Immi RFI within prescribed timeframe i.e. 28 days
- Attend and actively participate in weekly team meetings
- Upon receipt of completed questionnaire and supporting documentation, visa

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Delhi - 110019, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
