Role Description

The Immigration Counsellor will work as part of our New Delhi team and assist clients with various aspects of immigration, visa applications, and settlement services. Key responsibilities include conducting consultations, providing well-informed advice on visa and migration options, preparing and submitting visa applications, and managing client files. The counsellor will also offer support in responding to client inquiries and building professional relationships to guide clients through the process. This is a full-time, on-site position in Nehru Place, New Delhi.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and provide guidance.
  • Knowledge or experience working with visa processes, skilled migration, and student visa applications preferred.
  • Problem-solving and organisational skills for managing multiple client files and ensuring accuracy in documentation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and handle responsibilities independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and general computer skills.
  • An understanding of international immigration policies is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in any field, with preference for candidates experienced in immigration or client services.
