Job Overview

As a Sales Engineer (entry level) in the field of electronic component testing, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the sales team and promoting the testing, failure analysis (FA), reliability testing, and other services of
White Horse Laboratories
to clients in industries such as semiconductors, automotive electronics, and consumer electronics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team in organizing client data, following up on communication records, and ensuring the accuracy of the customer information system.
  • Track project progress (e.g., sample submission, report delivery) and coordinate lab resources to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Process other tasks when needed.

Qualifications


• Microelectronics, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, Reliability Engineering, or related fields.


• Have the logistics skills.


• Excellent communication and coordination skills, logical thinking ability, and team spirit.
