Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer, based in Bengaluru. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, providing technical support, and driving sales growth. Responsibilities include understanding client requirements, delivering tailored solutions, conducting technical presentations, and collaborating with internal teams to meet project goals. The Sales Engineer will serve as a key liaison between the technical and sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales Engineering and a solid understanding of technical concepts
- Proficiency in Customer Service and Sales, with a customer-oriented mindset
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement
- Ability to deliver Technical Support and solve complex technical challenges
- Relevant academic background in engineering or related technical disciplines
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and a goal-driven attitude
- Experience in HVAC or related industries is a plus
