Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Mechanical Engineer (Fresher) to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in mechanical engineering principles and a willingness to learn and grow within the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the sales of engineering products and solutions by applying technical knowledge and interpersonal skills. This role bridges the gap between technical engineering and customer engagement, making it ideal for candidates who are passionate about both technology and communication.
Key Responsibilities:

Understand and promote company products and solutions to potential clients.
•
Provide technical assistance and product education to customers.
•
Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services.
•
Prepare & develop proposals, quotations, and product demonstrations.
•
Respond to client queries and offer suitable engineering-based solutions.
•
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and client needs.
•
Coordinate with engineering, production, and logistics teams to ensure client requirements are met.
•
Maintain records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
•
Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and client meetings.
Required Qualifications:
•
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
•
Strong understanding of mechanical systems and components.
•
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
•
Ability to explain technical information clearly to non-technical clients.
•
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
•
Willingness to travel as needed for client visits or fieldwork.
Preferred (Not Mandatory):
•
Internship or academic project involving sales, marketing, or customer interaction.
•
Knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
•
Exposure to industrial sectors like Machinery OEMs, Aerospace, Robotics, Defence applications
