Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Engineer located in Bengaluru with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for promoting and selling the company's products, providing technical support to clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks will include meeting with clients, understanding their requirements, offering tailored solutions, resolving technical issues, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The role requires collaboration with various departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and products.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Engineering and Sales
- Ability to provide Technical Support and demonstrate strong Customer Service skills
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Prior experience in the aerospace, automotive, or underwater tools industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
- Willingness to travel when necessary
