Role Description
We have 3 opening, on-site role position.
Based in Bengaluru for a Sales Engineer.
Based in Chennai for Sales Engineer.
Based in Sikkim for Sales Engineer.
The Sales Engineer will focus on promoting SOTAX's advanced testing solutions, building client relationships, and providing technical support to customers. Responsibilities include identifying customer needs, presenting tailored solutions, conducting product demonstrations, supporting the sales team with in-depth technical knowledge, and ensuring customer satisfaction with personalized service and follow-up.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Sales Engineering and Technical Support to address client-specific testing requirements and deliver product demonstrations.
- Proficiency in Sales and Customer Service to build lasting client relationships and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively convey technical information and solutions to diverse audiences.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot and provide tailored solutions for client requirements.
- A degree in engineering or a related technical field is preferred.
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical testing instruments and processes is an advantage.
