Key Responsibilities( But not limited to):
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients in the Gurgaon region.
Develop a deep understanding of client needs and present tailored IT services and staff augmentation solutions.
Sales Strategy and Execution:
Devise and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to contract negotiation and closure.
Market Analysis:
Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Analyze market demands and contribute insights to refine service offerings.
Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Collaborate with marketing to create compelling collateral and participate in promotional events.
Custom Solutions:

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelors degree in Business, IT, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
