Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Officer/Relationship Manager located in Prayagraj. The individual will be responsible for managing business relationships, assessing and processing financial documentation, communicating effectively with clients, providing customer service, and driving sales to achieve financial goals. The role requires proactive engagement with clients to build and maintain strong relationships.
Qualifications
- Business Relationship Management, Communication, and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Finance and assessing financial documentation
- Proven Sales skills and ability to achieve financial goals
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- Experience in the housing finance industry is a plus
