Role Overview:

The Service Manager - Equity Dealer is responsible for managing client relationships, executing trades, providing investment advice, and ensuring client satisfaction through high-quality service delivery in the equity dealing domain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute buy and sell orders on behalf of clients efficiently and accurately.
  • Monitor stock market trends and provide clients with timely and relevant investment advice.
  • Maintain and enhance client relationships through regular interaction and effective service support.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies while executing trades.
  • Support clients with portfolio reviews and suggest portfolio restructuring when needed.
  • Resolve client queries related to trading, demat, and account services.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth trade execution and post-trade services.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell other financial products and services.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of equity markets, trading platforms, and stock broking operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client interactions effectively.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to provide investment insights.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Client-centric approach with a focus on building long-term relationships.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or a related field.
  • NISM Certification (Equity Derivatives) preferred. and Commodity certificate.
  • 1-3 years of experience as an Equity Dealer, Relationship Manager, or similar role in stock broking/financial services.
  • Key Skills: NISM 8 certification (mandatory), trading on behalf of clients.
