Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Prayagraj for a Restaurant Manager. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure customer satisfaction, manage staff hiring and training, and maintain high standards of food and beverage quality. Responsibilities include developing and implementing service strategies, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and ensuring efficient and effective restaurant operations.

Qualifications

  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Hiring and Communication
  • Knowledge in Food & Beverage management
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in the restaurant industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is beneficial
