Role Description

This is a full-time, office-based role at 's Head Office in Pune for an
HR MIS Sr. Executive
. The role involves managing and maintaining the HR Management Information System, ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting. Key responsibilities include data analysis, generating HR reports, supporting HR processes through system management, and collaborating with HR teams on system enhancements. The position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to support strategic decision-making by delivering insightful reports to the AGM – HR and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

1.     
HR Data Management

· Maintain and update employee data (attendance, leaves, transfers, performance, and training).

· Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality.

· Support system integrations (ERP, payroll, attendance).

2.     
Reporting & Analytics

· Generate regular and ad-hoc HR reports (headcount, attrition, diversity, leaves, etc.).

· Develop dashboards and KPIs; analyze trends to support HR strategy.

3.     
System Support

· Handle HRIS queries; coordinate with IT/HR software vendors for issues and enhancements.

· Ensure system security and reliability.

4.     
Process Improvement

· Automate routine reports and manual processes.

· Enhance digital workflows and HR system efficiency.

5.     
Audit & Compliance

· Maintain data integrity for audits and compliance reporting.

6.     
Support to AGM – HR

· Deliver timely reports and insights for decision-making.

· Assist in strategic HR initiatives

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. MBA in HR preferred.
  • Experience:
    2–5 years in HR MIS or HR Analytics, preferably in a corporate/head office setup. Familiarity with e-commerce industry trends is a plus.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, dashboards).
  • Experience with HRIS/ERP systems
  • Basic knowledge of Power BI/Tableau is a plus.
  • Soft Skills:
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and coordination abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
