Role Description:

End-to-end reporting and MIS delivery for the entire organization, ensuring the timeliness and accuracy of scheduled reports to stakeholders.

Creating and enforcing policies for effective data management, partnering with stakeholders at all levels to establish current and ongoing data support and reporting needs.

Generating both periodic and daily reports, improving operational efficiency by streamlining processes and enhancing reporting automation.

Working directly with management and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, get status updates, and build relationships.

Ensuring continuous data accuracy and recognizing data discrepancies in systems that require immediate attention/escalation and working with the respective stakeholders to resolve them.

Leading meetings and developing agendas to review performance and productivity on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis (Revenue, Costing, and Variance analysis).

Developing a strategy for transforming manual reports and automating those using SQL DB and Power BI solutions.

This is a Single key position in the Branch where the incumbent will ensure data driven performance management across all functions of the Business.

Requirements:

3+ years of relevant work experience in reporting or MIS.

Strong logical and analytical thinking, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Must be data-driven and a problem solver.

Hands-on expertise in Advanced Excel, Power BI, and basic knowledge of VBA in Excel will be an added advantage.

Ability to work with both structured and unstructured data to drive meaningful insights.

Knowledge of various BI tools is desirable.

Completed Bachelor's Degree or higher.

Employment Type: Full Time/Permanent. (Work from Office, 6 Days a Week, 2nd and 4rth sat and Sunday off,As per Business Exigencies)
