Key Account Manager - Mining India


RÉALISATIONS CLÉS ATTENDUES :

Gestion des comptes stratégiques

  • Gérer la planification des comptes clés
  • Développer des relations de confiance avec un portefeuille de clients importants afin de s'assurer qu'ils ne se tournent pas vers la concurrence
  • Élaborer, mettre en œuvre et piloter un macro-plan d'action qui oriente les activités à entreprendre avec les clients.
  • Développer les relations avec les clients existants en proposant et en négociant en permanence des solutions qui répondent à leurs besoins et à leurs exigences.
  • En collaboration avec le Category Manager, identifier les opportunités de croissance à travers le processus de Product Screen et initier la co-construction, menant à de nouvelles ventes qui se transformeront en relations durables.
  • Piloter l'activité et négocier la bonne solution à apporter au client.

Opérations

  • En collaboration avec les parties prenantes, définir et communiquer les lignes directrices mensuelles et les activités attendues pour les membres de l'équipe de vente qui se rendent dans les points de vente des comptes clés.
  • Diriger l'activité et s'assurer que la bonne solution est fournie aux clients dans les délais impartis.
  • Servir de point de contact pour les clients clés et les équipes internes.
  • Résoudre les problèmes rencontrés par les clients et traiter les réclamations afin de maintenir la confiance.
  • Préparer des analyses régulières des clients pour les parties prenantes internes et externes en utilisant les métriques/processus des comptes clés.
  • Soutenir les membres de votre équipe en les encadrant, en les formant et en identifiant les opportunités de revenus

Expérience requise :

  • Gérer un compte client (Gestion de compte)
  • Résoudre les problématiques des personnes/de l'entreprise (Problem Solving)
  • Gérer le budget (Recettes et rentabilité)
  • Travailler avec un CRM (Salesforce "Engage") (Gestion de la relation client)
