Social Media Strategist cum Creative Content Writer (English & Malayalam)

We are looking for an experienced Social Media Strategist and Creative Content Writer who can manage social media platforms, create engaging bilingual content (English & Malayalam), and maintain strong client relationships. The ideal candidate must be highly creative, proactive, and well-versed in digital marketing trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Proof reading in English and malayalam
  • Create engaging, original, and high-quality content in both English and Malayalam
  • Manage daily posting, scheduling, and monitoring of social media accounts
  • Conduct in-depth research on industry-related topics to produce relevant content
  • Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and business growth
  • Manage clients' social media requirements and maintain healthy professional relationships
  • Analyse performance metrics and prepare monthly reports
  • Stay updated with current trends, tools, and best practices in social media and content marketing
  • Coordinate with internal teams (design, marketing, sales) to ensure brand consistency

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Social Media Management and Digital Marketing
  • Strong creative writing skills in both English and Malayalam
  • Ability to develop effective marketing strategies
  • Good understanding of SEO, hashtags, and social media algorithms
  • Knowledge of Canva/Photoshop or ability to work with creative teams
  • Excellent communication and client-handling skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, English, or related fields (preferred)
