Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Senior SEO and Social Media Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives and guide our creative team. In this in-person role at our Kochi office, you'll oversee SEO strategy, manage social channels, and collaborate with designers, developers, and content creators to drive measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and implement advanced SEO strategies to boost organic reach and improve rankings.
  • Manage, grow, and optimize Luminefy's social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Supervise and mentor junior marketing team members.
  • Oversee content planning, performance tracking, and campaign optimization.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, technical audits, and link-building strategies.
  • Create and manage paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
  • Prepare performance reports with actionable insights for management.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging marketing tools.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in SEO and social media management.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful digital strategies.
  • Strong command of SEO tools, Google Analytics, and Search Console.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and content workflows.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Experience in paid campaigns and performance marketing is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60, ₹80,000.00 per month
