Job Description:

Website Design & Development: Design and implement end-to-end websites using Wix and WordPress from initial concept to final implementation, ensuring mobile responsiveness and web accessibility. This includes conducting content and structural research for site architecture, and creating user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes.

SEO/SEM: Implement comprehensive SEO/SEM strategies (on-page/off-page, local Texas, remote keyword/competitive analysis), optimizing content and managing paid campaigns (Google/Bing Ads).

Social Media: Develop and execute engaging social media strategies, create content, and remotely build/manage online communities.

Analytics: Track and report website, SEO/SEM, and social media performance using analytics tools.

Remote Collaboration & Project Management: Remotely collaborate with clients, internal teams, and vendors for design feedback/iteration, managing multiple diverse projects concurrently.

Innovation & Continuous Learning: Utilize AI and automation in your work and stay updated on design trends, Wix platform updates, and overall best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

2–4 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably with Wix.

Strong understanding of UX fundamentals (personas, user journeys, content structure).

Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools.

Hands-on experience with Wix Editors (Wix Studio, Wix Editor X, etc.).

Knowledge of mobile interface design, SEO basics, and web accessibility standards.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

A portfolio showcasing 2–3 complete website projects.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with basic coding (HTML/CSS).

Experience with branding, animation/motion design, or 3D design.

Ability to write design briefs and manage project timelines.
