We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to lead our digital marketing team and manage client social media portfolios. The ideal candidate should have strong creative thinking skills, leadership abilities, and hands-on experience in planning and executing impactful social media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with client goals and brand identity.
  • Lead and guide the creative and social media team in content planning and execution.
  • Generate innovative ideas for social media campaigns, reels, and creative visuals.
  • Handle client communication, feedback sessions, and project updates.
  • Manage multiple client accounts and ensure timely delivery of posts and reports.
  • Plan and monitor paid promotions to enhance engagement and brand visibility.
  • Track performance metrics, analyze data, and prepare monthly reports.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and client handling abilities.
  • Proficiency in tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with at least 1 years in a team lead or managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, and analytics.
  • Creative thinker with a strategic and analytical mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Media, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in digital marketing or agency environments.
  • Knowledge of influencer marketing and content collaborations.
  • Own Laptop Required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
