We are seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media & Marketing Manager to oversee our social media accounts and marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting engaging content, managing social interactions, and ensuring a consistent brand image across platforms. Your goal will be to enhance our online presence, drive web traffic, and foster customer engagement through innovative marketing techniques.

To succeed in this role, you should be well-versed in the latest digital trends, possess strong communication skills, and be capable of creatively expressing our brand's vision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, edit, and publish engaging content (text, photos, videos, and news) on social media daily.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Monitor customer interactions, respond to queries promptly, and manage online reviews.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms.
  • Coordinate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams for seamless brand representation.
  • Oversee social media visuals (profile pictures, cover photos, and website layouts).
  • Implement promotional campaigns, events, contests, and marketing initiatives to boost brand awareness.
  • Lead generation to increase brand awareness and to align with the revenue target of the company.
  • Develop promotional strategies to align with companies' growth strategy as and when required.
  • Research and stay updated on social media trends, tools, and audience preferences.
  • Collaborate with influencers and partners for brand promotions.
  • Plan and execute marketing events and promotional activities.
  • Utilize SEO strategies, keyword research, and Google Analytics for content optimization.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Strong communication and copywriting skills.
  • Photography and videography expertise.
  • Proven experience in social media management.
  • Creative content development (text, images, and videos).
  • Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and keyword research.
  • Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies.
  • Strong multitasking and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with web design and content management.
  • Experience in customer relationship management and engagement.
